OUR VISION

At Strangle Submission Series, our vision is to elevate submission grappling in Manitoba and across Canada while creating meaningful impact beyond the mats. We are committed to growing the local jiu-jitsu scene by hosting high-level live events that showcase Canadian talent and build a strong community around the sport.

More than just competition, Strangle is a platform for good. By donating to local Manitoba charities, we use jiu-jitsu as a vehicle for positive change. Since launching in 2023, we’ve hosted three sold-out events and raised over $35,000 for The Dream Factory, helping bring joy to children facing life-threatening illnesses.

As we grow, we remain rooted in our mission: building the sport, uniting the community, and giving back through every event we hold.
